What are the signs of ovulation and ovulation period ?

Ovulation days are important for women who plan to have a pregnancy. Women should know the number of days of their menstrual cycle so they can know the correct ovulation days or the ovulation period.

“Some women know very well when they are ovulating if they are planning to have children,” Hassan said. “Women should listen to internal signals that indicate that they are about to ovulate and you should know very well whether you are ovulating or not.

It is one of the important signs of ovulation that some women may notice

1 – the slight feeling of discomfort on one side of the middle of the abdomen

2 – The noticeable increase in the desire of women to establish intimate relationship.

3 – increase vaginal secretions of women, which is characterized by the color of white odorless and which are signs of ovulation sure to women and are well observed.
