Siesta sleep keeps the heart and renews activity

Multiple German studies have shown that immortality during nap time for at least 20 minutes, protects the heart from the risk of disease, and helps the body to regain full energy and vitality.

An immortal napping makes it possible to compensate wasted sleep hours at night, restore energy and focus, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, which is increasing in people who are doing their jobs in stress-stricken situations, according to a study by Aniele Bonntenbach, head of the German Employment Agency.

The study confirmed that every 20-minute nap achieved an increase in productivity ranging from one to two hours a day.
