The Health Quality Institute said Ovarian cyst bags are often harmless and, in many cases, disappear on their own. The German Institute said that the ovarian sac is a bag filled with fluids inside the ovaries, often comes without symptoms, and can occasionally cause swelling, and pain in the lower abdomen, lower back, constipation and disorders in the menstrual cycle.
The cyst can also explode or cause the ovary to be wrapped, causing severe pain, vomiting, dizziness, and fainting. However, even in this case, it is not dangerous.
In some cases, the sac should be removed with a laparoscope. When ovarian cancer is suspected, ovaries or both ovaries should be removed.
