Lack of potassium in the body leads to a heavy menstrual cycle and painful symptoms so eat foods that contain potassium: bananas, yogurt and potatoes.

Some contraceptives lead to menstrual disorder and increased flow, ask your doctor to give you contraindications.

4. Reserve.

If your period is heavy, you should always wear back-up clothing in your bag or a long jacket in the event of leakage or any stains on your clothes.
