A British study found that playing and singing in the workplace has a magical effect on employees because of their role in reducing stress and anxiety due to fatigue at work.
The study was conducted by a group of researchers from the University of Leicester, UK, where they emphasized that playing and singing in groups in the workplace:

86% of staff helped alleviate their sense of isolation and loneliness in the team
