There are some foods that a breastfeeding woman should avoid, because they may have a bad effect on babies, such as nervousness, allergies, and abdominal pain.
An American study confirmed that foods eaten by a nursing mother, in terms of taste, color and nutritional values, and reach the baby through breast milk can change the taste of the milk itself, namely:
1- Spices, such as hot pepper, which can cause the infant stomach irritation, change the taste of the milk itself.
2 – Kefin: Like coffee and hot chocolate, do not spare them, because it can cause disturbances in the digestion of the child.
3 – legumes: which can cause discomfort to the child, because it increases the gases, and also some vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and broccoli.
4. Citrus fruits: such as oranges, grapefruit, lemons, which sometimes cause stomach cramps, and rashes.
5 – Garlic: which changes the taste of milk and smell, which disturbs the child and alienate him from breastfeeding.
