Fight headaches with these foods

German nutritionist Harald Zaites said the persistent headache may be due to a lack of certain nutrients in the body, namely magnesium, vitamin B2, riboflavin, and omega-3 fatty acids. He explained that the dietary sources of magnesium are green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, While vitamin B2 is found in broccoli, almonds, eggs, and animal liver.

Omega-3 fatty acids are their sources of nutrients in walnuts, camel’s eye, salmon and sardines.

Zaites pointed out that the headache may be due to the wrong nutrition, a large number of foods containing sugar and white flour, which causes the rise and fall of blood sugar quickly, causing the feeling of headache and dizziness, and poor concentration.
