Analgesics are the most commonly used method in more than 60% of cases. But doctors also recommend patients to exercise, especially yoga. The doctor can prescribe some antidepressants that can help him live better with the disease. Improved lifestyle can alleviate the irritating symptoms of the syndrome, so the patient should be careful. To regulate his time and stop the consumption of drinks containing caffeine, and must be away from everything that can cause him tension and anxiety and is keen on healthy nutrition.
