Diet of juices to eliminate excess body weight

– Important guidelines for the success of the juice diet:

– Do not sweeten the juices with sugar, but drink them as they are without any additives.

Drink plenty of water with at least eight glasses each day.

– Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
