Bread, rice and pasta are useful for constipation

German food expert Harald Zaites said that some foods, such as whole grains, rice and pasta products, can be combated. They are rich in dietary fiber, which stimulates the bowel movement, taking into account enough water to get the fiber to work. Zaites said eating can also be counteracted by 3 servings a day, adding that fermented milk products are also beneficial for intestinal health such as yoghurt, yoghurt and kefir.

If these measures fail to treat constipation for more than 4 days, you should consult your doctor, especially if your constipation is accompanied by symptoms such as abdominal cramps, fever, blood in the stool and unexplained weight loss.
